Capita's projects always have four stages. We start by collecting information, both from the client and from public sources. Based on this information we then develop a strategy, taking into account both the wider public opinion and the viewpoints and wishes of stakeholders. Then we implement the defined plan. And finally, together with the client, we evaluate the project and thus build an even stronger team and partnership with our client for the future.
